Our team is developing a bracelet that can make life easier for both nurses and MS
patients. The project consists of creating a smart bracelet that will automatically detect the fall
of patients on each ward and send an alert to the nurses in charge, so that they can quickly find
out what happened and quickly go and help the person in question.
The alert issued by the bracelet gives the nurses three types of information, the time and location of the incident, and
identifies the patient with whom the incident occurred. Besides the automatic alert, if another
type of emergency happens, the alarm can be activated by the patient himself, to ask for help
for something.
Finally, with the connection to a database, it is still possible to understand the
patient's medical history with information such as the number of falls of the patient in a certain
period.
